It feels like this product has some impact on my central nervous system, but it is not remarkable so far. I think I would need to take it longer than I expected before to see the result.
I take 3-6 a day on empty tummy. Game changer for low grade viral issues. Also good for the skin. They are easy to swallow which is a plus for me. If I struggle to swallow pills I won’t take them.
