Menstruation & Menopause Support: Lady's Mantle may assist as an anti-inflammatory, mild diuretic, menstrual cycle regulator or aid digestive discomfort. A gynaecological herb specific for heavy menstrual bleeding and vaginal itching. Also can be used as a mouthwash for sore throats, laryngitis or mouth ulcers. Low intake of tea sipped after birth assists uterus regain inherent tone.

| How to Use |
Use up to 5 times daily for acute problems. Usual daily intake 3 cups. To make stronger, boil herb for a few minutes. Start using 10 days prior to assist painful menstruation. Half dose for children, not suitable for under 12s. |
