This zinc is very helpful in keeping my immune system high and colds and viruses away. I've tried other types of zinc and they typically cause nausea. This one doesn't at all. It's very smooth going down and is easy to hold in the back of my throat during the onset of a cold.

I have used zinc for many years to overcome colds but the pill form I would take would always make me nauseous unless I took it with food. Vimergy’s liquid formula never has that effect on me , I put 2 droppers-full in my water daily, more when I feel a sore throat coming on and it never progresses any further and my symptoms go away. Sometimes it takes a dropper full directly on my throat or several doses per day in my water to fully stop a cold or virus in it’s tracks. I don’t go a day without it.

Haven’t used as yet so have nothing to say.. however the individual who recommended it to me says there is no better product of its kind! And has a decent taste vs any other brands
