A medicinal mushroom!
I take chaga for its immune strengthening abilities and also because it helps with iron deficiency. I don't take any regular iron pills. Nature has all the answers!

Love this chaga- helped me transition from my morning coffee habit. Make myself a chaga tea latte (with cinnamon, cardamom, clove and honey)instead. No dehydrating caffeine, healthy and more delicious and satisfying than coffee.

Such a special healthy treat! Chaga tea & some wildflower honey is amazing in the evening with a good book to read. I live in an area where Chaga grows in the wild everywhere but I prefer vimergy powder for the fastest and easiest process of making a tea.

During this cold ice spell, my husband picked up some marshmallows and fixed our chaga tea with raw unfiltered honey and topped it with two marshmallows. We had fun drinking our tasty hot moc chocolate. Yummm
