This Organic, liquid Vitamin B12 supplement is by far the best. I've been using it for about a year now & I have definitely noticed a an overall sense of wellbeing & improved strength! It actually tastes very good to boot (which is not a requirement to me w/ supplements but admittedly makes it easier to continue taking).
