Vimergy brand supplements are the best. They only use high quality ingredients and do not add any unnecessary ingredients or additives. This melatonin is the best one I have used it does not give you a headache the next day or leave you foggy. Melatonin is good for many things not just for sleep. I suggest you do a web search for “Medical Medium melatonin” and you will find very informative info.
