I always have leg cramp at night when I sleep. I realised that after taking the magnesium it helps to relax my muscles when I sleep and have less cramps. I was surprised that I have regular bowels in the morning. Love this product.

Heard that magnesium could help in muscle cramps, spasm & twitch and it is also can aid in sleep. Came across this product Magnesium Glycinate with good reviews thus wanted to give it a try. Been on it for slightly more than a week and found that it has helped me to have a calm and peaceful feeling and my mood has improved much. Sleep did improve to some extent as compared to previously. Hope it will improve further after being on it for a longer period. I am glad to have come across Vimergy magnesium glycinate product through Clean Food Haven. Thank you for such a wonderful product. Helps with muscle cramps

I've been talking this magnesium every morning daily for over two months. I used to get leg cramps/ Charlie horses frequently at night, but after taking this daily magnesium I havent had ANY. I hope it comes back in stock soon!

Already noticing a difference in my digestion and it’s only been a few weeks! I was experiencing a lot of stomach pain and indigestion, but magnesium glycinate has calmed those symptoms way down, even getting rid of them altogether. Would definitely recommend this product.

I started taking Vimergy's magnesium glycinate four months ago. I cannot explain the difference in my life. My digestion has dramatically improved, no more heart palpitations, and no more muscle spasms. This product was out of stock, so I did not take for about a week. During this week, all of my symptoms came back while having to wait for more stock. I tried to substitute another brand, but did not feel the same sense of relief. Thank you Vimergy!
