I take 3-6 a day on empty tummy. Game changer for low grade viral issues. Also good for the skin. They are easy to swallow which is a plus for me. If I struggle to swallow pills I won’t take them.

Excellent excellent product I've tried the same product by other companies and it's just nothing like this company's product so I'm going to give it five stars No Doubt if you haven't tried it try it I'm a verified customer and I can tell you this I'm also a picky customer and Vimergy has the best of this product! And let's hope it stays that way because too many companies start off with a fantastic product and then months later even a year later they change the product even one component can make it a cheap garbage product and a lot of companies do that as we all know for the money so let's hope that these guys don't do that! And I'll no doubt no because I've had a few of their products tested before because of my medical condition and about every 6 months I have their products tested again by a very well-known scientist that does this kind of work so fingers crossed
