I take this one when I catch a cold or flu to maintain my energy and will power. I think it works for a while.

I prefer this product to liquid vitamin B12, because it's easy to carry around wherever I travel and contains some powerful adaptogens.

I love this product. It contains rosehips and grape seed. I feel calmer taking it. I also know it has helped to thicken my hair with the biotin in it.

I have tried MANY different brands of a Vitamin B complex and have not been able to tolerate any of them - I wind up with a headache or upset stomach. Those have all been thrown away, along with my money! This is the first first brand that does not leave me with any negative/unwanted after effects. Thank you!!

Me and hubby are vegan so it's super helpful to have something that he too can take to get the other various B vitamins. I feel pretty good taking them.
