We ship locally & Internationally

We ship to all local Singapore addresses except restricted areas such as Jurong Island & military facilities. We are also able to send orders internationally to most major cities in the world. Please refer to country list below to check for countries we currently ship to. If the country that you are from is not listed, you can write to us to inquire the possibility of shipping our products to you.

All orders are packed & sent out within 1-2 business day, Monday to Friday. If we anticipate any delays, we will contact you by email or phone before processing your order. 

Local Singapore Orders

We use the following carriers to deliver our packages

Delivery time is 1 to 3 days after the package is handed over to the courier company. A tracking/waybill number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You may go to the respective website of the courier company to track the progress of your package.

We will determine the most effective way for shipment and the associated costs will be calculated and shown to you automatically after you have entered your shipping address.

Free Local Courier for orders above $60

We provide free courier services for all orders above S$60 to Singapore addresses.

Showroom Pick up

For urgent orders, it is possible to arrange to pick up your orders directly from our showroom during showroom opening hours. We are open daily 9.30am to 5.30pm except Wednesday, Sunday & Public Holidays. 

 

International Orders

We use the following carriers to deliver our packages

All international couriers comes with door to door tracking. There are options for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) or Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Packages sent via our international couriers are generally DDU except for selected countries that we offer the DDP option.

Shipping options available to you and their associated costs will be calculated and shown to you automatically after you have entered your shipping address.

What is Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU)?

This is your typical international courier. You only paying for the shipping. Any import duties & taxes that is collected by your country’s customs need to be handled by you when the package reach your country. Any additional charges are the full responsibility of the customer, and should be taken into consideration before placing an order.

We are not responsible for paying fees imposed by customs. If a package is refused by the customer or customs agency, discarded, delayed, returned or destroyed it is the customers full responsibility for the order, and we will be unable to reship.

If a package is refused or denied and we do happen to receive the package back you will receive credit for the items minus our 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges or any other customs fees are non-refundable.

What is Delivered Duties Paid (DDP)?

This is a special arrangement made with the courier company to handle the payment of duties and taxes on your behalf. The shipping fee you pay includes also the handling charges for duties & taxes for you country. Currently we are able to allow only selected countries have the DDP option.

Know Import Restrictions in Your Country

Some food products are restricted in certain countries, while we do prevent them from being ordered if we are aware of the restrictions, please understand that you are still responsible to find out about the import regulation in your own country before making your purchase. We will not be responsible for goods detained by your customs because of local import restrictions. You are strongly advise to research your country’s laws and import restrictions before placing your order.

How long Does it take Your order to reach You?

Most shipping International orders typically takes less than a week. We ship the next business day, but then the package has to ship to your country and go through customs. This process is different for every country. Some packages clear customs in a day or two, while others take weeks or even longer.

Certain conditions such as holidays, weather or remote area can introduce delays in delivery too.

Please be patient if you are shipping to a country that is known for customs delays. Also note, some items are not able to be imported into specific countries. Please research your country’s laws.
